Here is a more complex recipe for baked potatoes with cheese. We clean the tubers, cut them in circles. The oven is switched on at 180 ° C - it should be well heated at the time of departure. In a saucepan, mix well the plates of potatoes, pepper, salt and 100 g of grated cheese. Shake the egg in two glasses of milk until smooth. The cleared clove of garlic is cut along and carefully rubbed the bottom and the walls of the pan. Now it's time for vegetable oil - moisten the sides of the mold. We lay out the workpiece and fill it with egg-milk mixture. Bake the potatoes and cheese in the oven for 45 minutes until cooked. We check it with a toothpick. The next method is the simplest. Mine and clean the tubers, rub them with salt and sunflower oil, wrap tightly in foil. Bake until cooked at 200 ° C. We check it by piercing the foil with a toothpick. We pull out, carefully unfold the sheets. Cut the tuber in half. Inside put a thin slice of cheese. Again, wrap it in a sheet. We bake potatoes and cheese in the oven for about five minutes.

Stuffing the tubers will take a little more time and effort, but the result will be excellent. The filling can come up with a variety of things - canned fish, sausage, chopped eggs and even salads. If you have any cheese salad at your disposal, then it's best to just boil whole tubers in uniforms, then cut them along and take out the middle with a spoon. Put the filling in the hole.
