Pylobact preparation: instructions for use

The drug "Pylobact" instructions for use characterize as a drug that has high efficacy in the treatment of gastric ulcer. This agent has the ability to influence the mucous membranes of the stomach, having a pronounced bactericidal effect. This medicine acts on Helicobacter pylori - a bacterium that provokes the occurrence of gastric diseases.

The form of release of this drug is very interesting - the blister contains three different capsules, each of which is capable of exerting its specific effect in stomach ulcer. The overall effect of taking the drug is achieved through a unique complex effect.

The main component that determines the specificity of the effect of the drug "Pylobact", the instruction for use calls omeprazole. The essence of his influence on the state of the body is reduced to suppress the processes of releasing hydrochloric acid in the stomach. A similar effect is achieved by inhibiting the specific enzyme contained in the membranes of parietal cells of the gastric mucosa.

The second component of this drug is tinidazole. Its main function in this complex is that, by damaging the DNA structure of some bacteria (including Helicobacter pylori) and the simplest organisms, it reduces the irritation they exert on the walls of the stomach.

The third component in the complex preparation "Pylobacter neo" is an antibiotic called clarithromycin. It suppresses the synthesis of protein tissue in bacteria cells that cause irritation of the mucosa and, as a consequence, stops the progression of gastric ulcer in the patient.

Even a single dose of this drug can suppress secretory activity, and the effect persists throughout the day after oral administration of the "Pylobact". Instruction for use recommends that the course of treatment for a week, which will largely normalize the condition of the mucous membranes of the stomach.

Doctors recommend taking this medication twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening hours (so that the time between meals is not less than 10 hours). The patient should drink one capsule of each of the three constituents of the drug, without disturbing the integrity of their membranes, since they must dissolve in the stomach - only in this case the effect of them will be the maximum possible. The drug "Pylobact" should preferably be taken with food.

Carefully selected composition of this drug allows you to take it to virtually all patients without restrictions. Exceptions are only individuals who have individual intolerance to one of the components, as well as those prone to blood diseases. The effect of the drug on the development of the fetus has been poorly researched, and therefore experts recommend refraining from its use both during the period of gestation and during breastfeeding.

To the possible side effects of taking the drug "Pylobact" instructions for use include the following conditions:

  • Transistor leukopenia;
  • flatulence;
  • Urticaria;
  • Vomiting;
  • Confusion;
  • Loss of appetite;
  • Itching;
  • Drowsiness and headaches.

It should be noted that, in general, patients tolerate treatment with this medication easily, so side effects are very rare and do not pose a health hazard to the patient (with rare exceptions).
