You probably already know a few recipes with shrimps. But today we will change the tradition a little, and we will use shrimps not boiled, but fried in our recipes . Salad with fried shrimp will have an unusual taste and aroma. This will bring a certain variety in the daily diet, and even such a treat is perfect for any party. So, let's get started.

Salad with tomatoes, cheese and shrimps

This salad with fried shrimp will have a harmonious combination of taste. It will turn out bright and juicy, excellent food for guests. And it is prepared in a few minutes.

You will need:

  • 250 gr of shrimps (thawed and peeled);
  • 1 large sweet pepper;
  • 250 g of tomato;
  • 100 g of brynza (mozzarella);
  • 20 maslings (without pits);
  • ½ lemon;
  • Vegetable oil, pepper, salt;
  • Fresh greens and lettuce leaves.

How to cook

On the heated frying pan pour a little oil and fry the shrimp for about 5 minutes. After pour a half of lemon juice, stir well and remove from heat. While the shrimps cool down, we will prepare the vegetables.

Pepper cut into strips, tomatoes in medium cubes, chop large greens. The olives can be cut into rings or left intact. If you have chosen hard sorts of cheese - rub it on a grater. Cut the soft cheese into random pieces.

"Spring" salad with shrimps and avocado

After winter, I really want something fresh and vitamin. Because such a salad with fried shrimp will be a real find. We will add to it the most that neither is the spring product - juicy radish. The combination of products will be easy and soft, such a treat can be supplemented with any main course.

You will need:

  • 250 gr of shrimp (thawed);
  • ½ a bunch of radishes;
  • 1 avocado and lemon;
  • Mayonnaise and a little vegetable oil;
  • Lettuce leaves, dill (or fresh greens at your discretion).
  • Salt and ground pepper.

How to cook

Lightly fry the shrimps in vegetable oil (2 minutes on each side). Pour freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon, let cool.

Radish well rinse and slice each with tiny circles. Dill chop, lettuce leaves chop large. Mix all the ingredients and add the shrimp.
