The blade of the spatula should be inserted into the gap between the putty and the glass, after which by a gentle movement in its direction remove part of the material. If in some areas you can not perform this operation with a spatula, then you can use the chisel. After the glass is removed, the frame can be completely cleaned using sandpaper.
