Proper nutrition for pregnant women is the guarantee of a baby's health

Every woman, when she finds out she is pregnant, asks herself how to eat for the well-being and health of the child. A good food just contributes to this. Food should be fresh, tasty, carefully cooked, varied, balanced.

There is an opinion that the proper nutrition for pregnant women is that a woman in a position should eat for two.
