  • 150 milliliters of potato broth.

  • 250 milliliters of milk.
  • Two teaspoons of dry yeast.
  • 50 grams of potato flakes.
  • Half a teaspoon of salt.

Technology of preparation

In the breadmaker's capacity, vegetable oil and pre-warmed milk are poured in. There also pour in the purchased potato flakes and pre-sifted flour.   • One and a half teaspoons of dry yeast.

As additional ingredients, purified water, ground nutmeg and olive oil will be used. As for dry yeast, they can be replaced by eight grams of fresh.

Process description

Pre-washed and peeled potatoes are cooked until ready in slightly salted water. After it becomes soft, the liquid is drained, and the vegetable itself is turned into a puree. The resulting mass is beaten with a blender together with fresh cottage cheese and chopped celery.

In a measuring glass, which comes complete with a bread maker, break a raw chicken egg, add purified water and send it to the instrument. There, add cottage cheese and potato paste, lemon juice, two tablespoons of olive oil, pepper, nutmeg, yeast, salt, sugar and pre-sifted flour.

This option is interesting in that it uses two types of flour at the same time. Before starting the cooking, make sure that you have all the necessary ingredients. At this time in your kitchen should be present:

  • Ten grams of margarine.
  • Tablespoon of sugar.
  • 240 grams of baked wheat flour.
