Postal soups: a shortcut to slenderness

Do you know what is the main difference between Russian and American cuisine? In America they do not recognize soups. Wherever fast food is ruled by the world, the first dishes are not just skeptical: they are not cooked. Meanwhile, scientists and nutritionists around the world have long concluded that most owners of slender figures eat soup at least once a day. If this information is compared with the fact that the most obese people live in the USA, then one can be convinced of the correctness of this theory.

Without soup, of course, we will not die. But the fact is that our body, in order to process the first dishes (especially, lean soups), spends far more calories than it contains. That's why the first dishes can be eaten several times a day, regardless of the time of day.

Lentil soups made from lentils, green peas, cabbage, zucchini, other vegetables or even fruits will energize the body, but will not be laid back at the waist or hips.

So let's eat right, cook lean soups, get slimmer.

To prepare a lean soup of lentils, you will need:

· Glass of lentils. It can be of different colors, I like red more

· Large onion

· 2 large carrots

· Fresh and ground paprika

· Garlic

· Mint or thyme. They can be replaced by any other greens

Immediately make a reservation. My friend in such a soup of lentil lean puts the potatoes. I do not like the combination of potatoes and lentils, so I do not add root crops. Rinse the lentils for an hour with water. While it swells, fry the grated carrots, onions and paprika, cut into strips in a frying pan.

Swollen lentils cook (usually the time for cooking is indicated on the packet). Just before the readiness, add the ready-made roast, ground pepper, paprika, crushed garlic.

Top with chopped mint and thyme, cover with a lid, let it brew. Soup can be eaten so, and you can add a spoonful of sour cream or cream before serving. To whom, as you like.

In my family very fond of lean soups, mashed potatoes. I cook them from beans and vegetables. Sometimes I add sour cream or cream, but this is not necessary: thick vegetable soups, purees are tasty and hearty even without sour cream.

In order to keep myself in shape, I recommend at least once a week to eat lean soups of broccoli, zucchini and celery. Many people think that it's tasteless. But maybe they just do not know how to cook?

For soup-puree from green vegetables we will need:

· Broccoli

· The stalk of celery

· Zucchini or zucchini

· Green bell pepper

Postal soups are very popular among those who keep fasting. Such people can be advised to prepare a light pea soup, which will not differ in anything from pea soup with smoked products.

First, cook peas. I never soak it. Just pour "on the finger" of ice water, and as soon as it boils, I add crushed ice to the pan. So several times. Usually in 40 minutes peas are boiled in mashed potatoes. Just at this time I add grated carrots and finely chopped potatoes into it. I give up, until they are brewed. Carrots and onions can be fried, and you can put in the soup moist. Ready soup blend, I again give a boil and add a few drops of ... liquid smoke. Such a lean soup with a lot of greens and crispy crumbs of coarse to taste is very similar to a soup with smoked ribs.
