Pieces of cucumbers rubbed with salt and sprinkled with pepper, dipped in wheat flour and spread on a pan. Cucumbers fry and shift them into a deep form. Mix half a glass of sour cream, a little tomato paste, fresh greens, add salt. This sauce is filled with fried cucumbers, put on a small fire, brought to a boil, lowered the fire and extinguished. When the cucumbers become soft, the dishes are removed from the plate.

Another great snack is mushrooms in sour cream. To do this, you need half a kilogram of white mushrooms. They are cleaned and cut into large pieces. Then add to the form, add butter and salt and stew without adding more until all the mushroom liquid has evaporated. For the sauce, take half a glass of sour cream, add half a tablespoon of flour to it. This mixture is poured into mushrooms and boiled. Then remove from heat and add finely chopped dill.

The second dishes from sour cream are as varied. Here, for example, the recipe for fish in sour cream. A fragrant dish, with a delicate creamy taste. It is best for him to fit a large marine fish with a minimum number of bones. One fish requires one onion, 250 g of sour cream, spices, flour and oil for roasting.

Fish gutted, peeled off the skin, bones and then cut the fillets into portions. Each piece grate with fine salt and leave to soak for 10 minutes. The bulb is cleaned and cut into half rings, put into a frying pan and fry. Roll the fish in flour and fry to make the flour golden. Then on top of the fish spread the fried onions, then pour the sour cream into the pan, sprinkle with all the pepper and stew for 20 minutes, without bringing the sauce to a boil. The fish is served with fresh herbs and garnish.

Another great recipe is a rabbit in sour cream. 1 kg of rabbit meat is cut into large pieces, pepper and salt them. Meat is poured into flour and crumbled. Then pour sour cream, diluted with water, sprinkle with dried herbs, mix and stew until ready. There are other second dishes from sour cream: in sour cream they stew and bake fish, pork, beef, poultry meat, vegetables and mushrooms.

What to bake from sour cream? There is an excellent recipe for sour cream cake. To make it, you must first divide into egg yolk and protein two eggs. Proteins are whipped into a foam and added to them a glass of sugar, and in a separate container mix 200 g of melted butter, 400 g of sour cream, egg yolks, 2 glasses of flour and a teaspoon of soda. It is important not to forget to salt.

Whipped proteins with sugar carefully inserted into the dough, so as not to bring down the foam, it is necessary to stir the spoon movements from the bottom up. Bake two cakes from this test, when they cool, they need to be combined with each other using cream sour cream.

But if you just beat them with a mixer, the cream turns liquid and often drains from the cake. To make a thick sour cream, you need time.
