Pasta with mushrooms - a traditional Italian dish

Pasta is present on our table constantly. We are not used to calling this dish the way it is called on Italian soil. For us it's just pasta with sauce and stuffing - meat, mushrooms, fish, etc. The recipe can include any kinds of pasta: spaghetti, tagliatelle, fusilli and others. Sauce for pasta can also be made from different ingredients. There are a lot of options, for example, pasta with mushrooms. Therefore, this dish can be called universal.

To make a paste, you need to take 400 grams of egg noodles (preferably a tagliatelle). But if it is not, then you can use any. Also, about 300 grams of pork without bone are needed, which if desired can be replaced with chicken. Since it is pasta with mushrooms, you need to take about 250 grams of champignons. Still need to cook about 5 tablespoons of quality sour cream, as much mayonnaise (preferably olive), butter and salt. After preparing all the ingredients, we proceed to the very process of preparation.

Meat cut into cubes of small size, put in a frying pan and fry it with a little oil. Add the salt. The main thing - do not dry the meat, so that it does not lose its softness. Mushrooms are washed and sliced. Then fry them in a separate frying pan until the liquid disappears. Solim to taste. You can use mushroom seasoning, but this is optional. Next, mix the meat with mushrooms and put the frying pan on the fire. We pour in mayonnaise and sour cream. Also add 3-4 tablespoons of water. If there is a decoction in which pasta was cooked, it is better to use it.

Now the sauce should be cooked for 30 minutes. It must be constantly stirred, so as not to burn.

While the sauce comes to the desired state, you can boil the noodles. We put a pot of water on the fire and add salt. When the liquid boils, we lower the noodles into it. The most important thing here is that it can not be digested, otherwise the dish will have a non-aesthetic appearance.

When the noodles are cooked, you need to drain the water and add a little butter to the pan. Spread the paste on a plate, and put the sauce on top. Pasta with mushrooms is ready. It can be decorated with greenery.

Pasta with mushrooms and ham is prepared similarly. To do this, fry mushrooms with ham, add cream and spices. Boil any pasta. Add them to the cooked sauce. Pasta with ham and mushrooms is prepared quickly and can be served for dinner.

Italians use paste in various versions. For them, this is a traditional dish. The most popular is pasta with mushrooms and cheese. We cook macaroni (it is better to take spaghetti). Separately fry champignons, cut into plates. Mix spaghetti with grated cheese. We put them on a plate, leaving a space inside. We'll put mushrooms here. From above it is necessary to sprinkle with greens. As an addition, you can serve tomato sauce. It's very easy to make it. Take the tomato paste or tomatoes (without the skin). Fry them in a frying pan, add salt, pepper and any spices as desired. The sauce is served in a separate pial or sauceboat.

Prepare the paste very easily - and as a result, you get a tasty and satisfying dish.
