My family, for example, really likes these dumplings - they are more juicy and tender, as opposed to conventional dumplings. The most important thing is that chicken grounding is juicy. 5. Add the last glass of flour and mix well. You should get a dough that will not stick to the bowl, if it still sticks, then add a little more flour. The dough should be soft and elastic.
6. cover the resulting dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for half an hour.
7. Let's start preparing the filling for our dumplings. We heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped onion and fry until golden on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
8. We add there the squeezed garlic, fry another minute, and then remove it from the fire.
9. Next, you need to mix the minced chicken, salt, finely chopped parsley and the contents of our frying pan: fried garlic and onions. We mix everything very carefully and our mince is ready.
10. Now we proceed directly to the modeling of pelmeni. From all our test we tear off a piece the size of a tennis ball. Then, on a surface sprinkled with flour, roll it thinly.
