Childhood

Biography of the soloist of pop-rock band begins in Ukraine. It was here that the fourteenth of June 1988, Anton Sawlepov was born. The place of his birth was a small village Kovsharovka, located in the Kharkov region. Since childhood, the boy has shown an interest in creativity. No one could have guessed that his passion for music and dance would grow into something more. Anton loves bright shows since childhood. His idol is Michael Jackson. It was the clips of the King of Pop who revealed to the Ukrainian boy all the facets of dance and songs.

Way to the ballet

At the age of sixteen, Anton Sawlepov enters the break dance festival. There, among a huge number of people, he unerringly singles out a man who will later become his real and closest friend - Nikita Goryuk. Two ambitious and talented guys quickly became friends - and after a while Anton comes to visit his friend in Kiev. This city was so liked by Sawlepov that he, without hesitation, moves to the capital of Ukraine for permanent residence. In Kiev, a young man enters a prestigious educational institution called the Kiev National University of Culture and Arts (KNUKiI). As a future profession, he chooses the specialty of a choreographer. However, he was not destined to become a dance teacher. In the educational institution, Anton Savlepov studied for only a year. In 2006, the producer and former breakdance dancer Yuri Bardash noticed the extraordinary data of a talented young man. He invites Anton to become a member of the beginning ballet team Quest. It was here that the formation of a bright musical group began.

First triumphant performance

On the first of April 2007, the first time in public, the team of Quest Pistols. Anton Savlepov, Nikita Goriuk and Konstantin Borovsky - three Ukrainian guys - decided to try their hand at the TV talent contest "Chance". Initially, the ballet trio entered the stage only with dance numbers. However, this time the audience was waiting for a surpise. So to speak, an April Fool's joke. They sang.

The trio appeared before the jury and spectators with a cover song "I'm tired" for the song of the famous band Shocking Blue - Long and lonesome road. The image that young people skillfully applied was absolutely new on the Ukrainian stage. If you add to it an amazing performance, you get a "mixture", you can not resist it. The composition became a real hit: the audience was delighted to vote for the newly-made stars, and the airtime was ready to explode from the excitement around the sparkling song. Sixty thousand spectators supported the young team. This first performance immediately made Quest Pistols famous.

Runway

The debut clip was released in June of the same year. And immediately got into the rotation on many music channels. Outrageous and eccentric guys who glorify antiglamur, quickly gained popularity not only in Ukraine, but also in other countries. Quest Pistols participated in many music festivals in Europe. In particular, in Belgium, they grandly advocated a healthy lifestyle. It is noteworthy that all members of the team are vegetarians.

In late November 2007, the band presented their first album titled "For You." In May 2008, this record got to Russia. The number of sales exceeded all reasonable expectations - and the debut album was recognized as "golden."

Achievements

In 2008, Anton Sawlepov and Quest Pistols receive the first award. At the prestigious annual award MTV Ukranian Music Awards they get a prize in the nomination "Debut of the Year".

Next come new compositions and new achievements. The author of most of the songs of the band is Izolda Chetcha. However, her work is supplemented by work by Nikolai Voronov. It was he who became the author of the popular song "White dragonfly of love", which in the cover version became the single of the collective. This and two more songs ("He's near" and "Cage") were part of the second album Quest Pistols.

Care and return

In 2011, the group was waiting for the test. Anton Sawlepov declares his resignation. The personal life of the young man was not the cause of this act. According to the soloist, he needs a creative vacation. However, the parting of the musician with the band was short-lived. A few months later, Anton returned to the group, which he considered his family.

In addition to his musical career, Sawlepov is also engaged in cinematography. In small episodic roles, he starred in several projects: "Wedding for Exchange," "Like Cossacks," "Big Difference."
