Andrei Sergeevich Nekrasov was born in Moscow on June 22, 1907. Adventure literature, the son of a doctor was carried away in childhood; A special impression on him was made by the "Marco Polo Travels". After graduating in 1924, he began to work as a fitter at the Moscow tram station, but the unknown horizons attracted young Andrew, and in 1926 he moved to distant Murmansk, where he settled on a fishing boat as a sailor. Floating on a variety of ships by an ordinary sailor and stoker in the Far East and the Far North, Nekrasov began to write down interesting cases and funny situations, which he witnessed and in which he himself took part. For 10 years he tried his hand at various conditions in difficult natural conditions: he stood at the burning stoves of the ship's stokehouse, watched heavy walks, hunted walruses in the Bering Strait, organized whaling in the Pacific, produced gold on the Amur and oil on Sakhalin. In 1933, after graduating from a maritime technical school in Vladivostok, Nekrasov Andrey Sergeevich was appointed deputy in the maritime administration of the "Dalmorzverprom" trust.

Writings of Nekrasov

The first publications (1928) were separate notes and poems (mainly for the children's audience), under which Nekrasov Andrei Sergeevich signed as Tope.

In 1935, the light saw the book "Sea Boots" - a collection of stories, in which the author shares with the reader stories of the hard work of seamen in the North. In 1936 the publication of the book "A Tale of Comrade Kirov" was published, co-authored with several writers.

The book "The Adventures of Captain Vrungel", published in 1937 and bringing popularity to its author, was translated into many languages and reprinted several times. The prototype of the captain was a longtime acquaintance AM Vronsky, who headed the first whaling trust in the Far East and often entertained his friends with invented stories at leisure. Reasonably believed that one of the prototypes of Christopher Bonifatich was Nekrasov himself, who amused the editorial staff with fascinating tales of stories.

Almost immediately after publication, the children's book was withdrawn from sale, and the author, who at that time held the post of assistant to the 1st secretary of the Dnepropetrovsk regional committee, was arrested and sent for the construction of the Norilsk Combine.

Years after the war

In 1941 Andrei Nekrasov volunteered to the front, served in aviation and infantry; Since 1942 he was an employee of a front-line newspaper. In 1943 he joined the Writers' Union of the USSR.

In 1944, after falling under the wheels of a merciless repressive machine, the writer was convicted by the Military Tribunal for 3 years.

In 1953 the author saw the light of the new book "Enviable biography". Also, Peru Nekrasov owned the work "The Destiny of the Ship" (1958) and a series of popular science books.

After rehabilitation, the writer was in the management of the closed yacht club for Soviet captains and even got one of the decommissioned German yachts, which he named "Bedo" in honor of the book analogy.
