Lush pancakes - a treat from childhood

Who among us does not remember how grandmothers with honey or sour cream, or maybe currant jam, were served at their grandmother's house as children? These pancakes were always very tasty - they were served in school cafeterias, and a recipe for their preparation was recorded in my mother's cookbook. And although usually frilly pancakes are obtained on the basis of yeast, there are many ways of cooking from yoghurt, kefir, sour cream and milk. Let's remember how to make lavish pancakes.

Pancakes with milk

• Preheat 400 ml of milk. Take care that it does not become very hot and does not spoil the yeast.

• Put in the milk dry yeast (2 teaspoons), sugar (2 tablespoons) and about a glass of flour. Put this yeast spoon in a warm place (for example, in a bowl of hot water).

• After half an hour, add the beaten eggs (2 pcs.), Salt, a little vegetable oil and the remaining flour (just 500 grams of flour on the fritters).

• Wait for another 20-30 minutes. The dough will fit and become lush and viscous.

• Preheat the frying pan, pour a little oil and start spreading the dough with a spoon. Lower the spoon each time into the water, so that the dough is well separated. Do not immediately take too much dough, so that the lush pancakes do not turn out too big - they will increase in size right before your eyes.

• To absorb excess oil, put a paper towel or napkins on the bottom of a plate for ready-made fritters

• Serve until it is cold. Very tasty with condensed milk, chocolate sauce or jam.

Fritters on serum without eggs

This recipe is unusually simple, but the pancakes are always lush and soft.

• Pour a glass of whey into a bowl and add a teaspoon without a bunk of soda. You will see how the reaction will begin, and the acid in it will begin to interact with soda. Soda does not need to be extinguished . Leave for 10-15 minutes to complete the process.

• Put salt (0.5 teaspoon), sugar (2-3 tablespoons) and flour. Flours are required so much so that the dough becomes thick, like homemade sour cream.

• In such pancakes it is good to add apples, cut into strips or raisins.

• Cook on medium heat on both sides. You can hold each party under the lid for a few minutes - the pancakes will become even more magnificent.

You will see that without eggs, pancakes can also be very tasty and lush.

Fritters with yoghurt

The cooking technology is very simple, but in order to produce magnificent pancakes, its strict observance is required.

• Prepare yoghurt Activia (200 ml), flour 250 g, 1 egg, melted butter (2 tablespoons), a bag of vanilla sugar or vanillin, sugar (2 tablespoons with a slide), salt (half a teaspoon), baking powder (tea Spoon), soda (half a teaspoon).

• Sift the flour over a bowl, add salt, baking powder and soda.

• In a separate bowl, mix butter, egg, vanilla sugar and sugar.

• Pour yogurt into this mixture and mix.

• Attention! Liquid part of the test pour into the floury. Stir, but do not mix. Do not be embarrassed that the mass will look like lumps - they will disappear. If you knead this dough, the pancakes will become flat and "rubber".

• The dough should stand for 20 minutes. After that, it will become fluffy and do not need to be stirred any more.

• Gently take a spoonful (dessert) of the mass and put it on a hot frying pan. Oils should be a little bit.

Prepared on this recipe pancakes will be fluffy and porous, like a biscuit. You can use as a basis not only yogurt, but also yogurt, kefir, and fermented baked milk.

If you are a supporter of healthy food, you can replace half the wheat flour required by the recipe with oatmeal (grinded oats in a coffee grinder).

There is also one secret, successfully used to make the fritters gentle and lush. In the finished dough you need to put only two tablespoons of beer and beat. Such pancakes are fried on moderate fire. Enjoy your meal!
