In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the fish from both sides in breading until it turns golden. Then it is spread on a paper towel in order to leave the excess fat, and served with vegetables.

Ingredients : seven hundred grams of fish, one carrot, one onion, half a lemon, three tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.

While the fish insists, cut the onions into half rings, carrots rub on the grater. These vegetables are lightly fried in oil. Ingredients : one hundred and ten grams of rice for sushi, half a sheet of noria, one passion fruit, twenty grams of cream cheese, ten grams of orange pulp, thirty grams of lacedra fillets, fifteen grams of salad leaves, Grenadine syrup and orange juice to taste.

Preparation

This dish, which includes the lacedra (fish), is prepared very simply, but it turns out to be quite original and interesting. So, the flesh of passion fruit is mixed with orange juice and "Grenadine", beat in a blender. Then it is filtered and cooled. Then roll the roll, inside which impose cheese, fish and orange pulp. This roll is cut into eight equal parts. On a large dish, pour the sauce, put salad leaves in the center, seasoned with a mixture of passion fruit, rolls around them. The dish is ready!

Carpaccio fish

Ingredients : one hundred grams of salmon, one hundred grams of lacedra, ten grams of basil, fifteen grams of olive oil, fifty grams of cucumber, thirty grams of lettuce leaves.

For the sauce : one hundred grams of passion fruit pulp, one ripe passion fruit, twenty grams of sugar.

Preparation

In the frying pan, pulp of passion fruit and sugar is brought to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Fish lacrea, the recipes of which we are considering today, should already be prepared by this time - cut into strips. Pieces are poured over the prepared marinade, add crushed ginger. After this, the fish is left for six hours in a warm place. Then it is smeared with olive oil and sprinkled with chopped basil. Rolls roll from strips, put them in a cold place for two hours. Then cut into pieces, spread on a dish, pre-watered sauce. In the center place sliced cucumbers and lettuce leaves. The dish is ready!
