Baking in aerogrill - it's easy and fast

Today in our kitchens there is an increasingly sophisticated technique for cooking. Modern kitchen appliances are created to facilitate work, help to save time and allow cooking the most useful and delicious dishes. An excellent example of this technique is aerogril - a compact and multifunctional device.

Advantages of aerogrile mass. First, the products can be cooked without the addition of fat, that is, the food is obtained as healthy as possible. Secondly, in aerogril you can cook several dishes at the same time, which, of course, saves time. And thirdly, this device is universal, it can be fried and cutlets, vegetables and cook, and bake cake.

And baking in aerogrills is just as good as using an oven. The only condition is that you need to adapt to your aerogree, as the recipes that you can find on the network are not necessarily designed for your device. This dish can be prepared only from eggs and milk or made with various additives - vegetables, mushrooms, ham or cheese. If we add vegetables or mushrooms to the omelette, then they should be finely chopped and pre-fried a little. Ham or sausage should be cut into small cubes, and cheese - grate on a grater. Now proceed to prepare the base of the omelet. We beat eggs (two or three pieces per serving) and add salt to taste and milk or cream (two tablespoons of milk per egg).

Take the form and lubricate it lightly with oil. We spread the prepared stuffing and pour out the egg mixture. Cooking omelet better at a low temperature (120-150 degrees) and average blowing speed . The time of baking is 10-20 minutes, you do not need to turn an omelet, it will be well pasted.

As already mentioned, baking in aerogrill has its own characteristics. So, when preparing products from yeast dough, they should be smeared on top with egg or butter. When making buns and other small products, the mass of which does not exceed one hundred grams, the baking time will be 10-15 minutes, the temperature should be set at 220-260 degrees. But large items must be baked at a lower temperature (200-210 degrees), and the baking time should be increased depending on the size of the product from 25 to 50 minutes.

Here, for example, how you can cook pies in aerogrill. The dough can be used shop or cook it according to your recipe. Filling, also, take any - cabbage, boiled meat, potatoes, cottage cheese. We make pies in the usual way, then we spread them on the greased middle grill of aerogrill which by this time should already be warmed up. The distance between neighboring products must be at least three centimeters. Turn the thermostat to 65 degrees, and the fan to low speed, leave the pies for proofing for twenty-five minutes. Then lubricate the top of the pieces with beaten egg and bake them at a temperature of 225 degrees and high fan speed for another twenty or twenty-five minutes. Patties should get an appetizing golden crust.

Products from puff pastry bake at a temperature of 210-240 degrees, but sand crusts need to be cooked at a lower temperature (190-200). The most difficult baking in aerogrill is biscuit. Before pouring the dough into molds, they should be oiled and wiped with flour. To put the form with a biscuit test it is necessary only in the heated aerogrill. And remember that the biscuit rises very high, so do not fill the forms more than half. Bake the biscuit at 190-200 degrees for 30-60 minutes.
