  • Broth - 100 ml.

  • Choose any meat based on your own taste. Prepare it for processing, and then cut it finely. Salt it, season with ground pepper, mix well and place in the refrigerator for several hours.
  • Next, prepare the dough. To do this, fill two bowls of sifted flour in a bowl and mix it with a frozen frozen margarine or butter, grated with a large grater. Rub the food with your hands into the crumb.
  • Add milk and sour cream to the bowl, as well as vinegar. Knead the dough, gradually adding to it one glass of flour. Note that at first it will crumble in your hands, but then it will start to stick together.
  • Blend the dough into a lump and send it to the refrigerator for one hour.
  • Classic cube is made from puff pastry, so we need to work with our workpiece. So, when it cools down (after about 20 minutes), remove it from the refrigerator and roll it into a thin layer. Fold it in an envelope and send it to the cold again. Repeat this operation several times.
  • Peel potatoes and cut into very thin plates. You can use for this purpose a special knife or a knife for cleaning vegetables.
  • Onion free from the husks and cut into half rings.
  • Take a deep baking dish and oil it with oil.
  • Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Big roll in a circle and put it on the bottom of the mold. Please note that your workpiece should be enough for the sides.
  • After that you can spread the filling. First put the meat. If it is too lean, or you use chicken, you can add a few pieces of butter.
  • The second layer put the potatoes - it should be salt and pepper.
  • The last layer is the chopped onion.
  • Roll out the remaining dough, close the filling and protect the edges. In the middle, make a small hole with your fingers.
  • Whisk the yolk and oil them the surface of your pie. Open the hole with a cleaned bulb.
  • Put the cake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. When the specified time has passed, it should be obtained and poured into the middle of the broth. Close the hole again with the onion and send the cubet back to the oven. Repeat the last operation in half an hour.

If in an hour the potatoes are not ready, then you can add the broth, close the cake with foil and bake it for a while. You can get stuffing and try it through the central hole.

This delicious meat pie is a pride and a visiting card of the Tatar cuisine. This time we will cook it from chicken, potatoes, onions and puff pastry. Ready-made pastries are juicy, hearty and fragrant. Of course, you can buy ready-made dough in the store, but the home version of this product will be much tastier. So, what ingredients will we need:

  • 600 grams of wheat flour.
  • 200 ml of water.
  • One chicken egg.
  • A tablespoon of vinegar (9%).
  • 300 grams of chicken fillet.
  • Six potatoes.
  • Two onions.
  • Half a teaspoon of zira.
  • A teaspoon of salt and ground pepper to taste.

Process description

Cake pie, the recipe of which we will describe below, is prepared very simply:

  • Chop the frosted margarine with a knife, and then rub it with 150 grams of flour with a wooden spoon.
  • Smash into a bowl with crumbs a chicken egg, add salt, vinegar and water.
  • Knead the dough, gradually adding to it the remaining 150 grams of flour. After that, send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • Peel the onions and potatoes, and then cut the vegetables and 300 grams of chicken fillet with a cube. Products combine in a large bowl, add salt and spices, mix.
  • Cut the dough into two pieces and roll it out. Place a larger layer on the bottom of the mold and blot the sides.
  • Lay out the filling and gently smooth it.
  • Put the second half of the test on top of the pie in the form of a lid. Connect the edges and make a round hole in the center.
  • Lubricate the cake with a beaten egg and send it to the oven for one hour.
