Spicy mushroom sauce: recipe

Technology of preparation

Wash mushrooms and finely chop. Cut the onions into cubes. Fry the onions in a frying pan in oil. Add mushrooms to it. Cover and fry the mixture until done. In another frying pan, melt the butter and sprinkle with flour. Stir constantly so that lumps do not form. Then pour in the cream. Cook the sauce on low heat, stirring. Do not bring to a boil! Pour the contents of the two frying pans together, mix thoroughly and cook for 3 minutes. When the sauce is ready, pour it into the sauceboat. It is best for pasta to use a similar mushroom sauce.

Meat sauce recipe

Ingredients:

- onion;

- champignons (200 g);

- a bunch of dill;

- wheat flour;

- wine (2 tbsp.);

- oil (50 g);

- black pepper;

- salt.

Technology of preparation

Chop the onions. Finely chop the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms and onions with butter until half cooked. Pour flour to them, mix thoroughly. Five minutes to fry, then pour the wine. Leave to stew while covering with a lid. After cooking, add the greens and mix. Perfectly combines with any kind of meat this mushroom sauce.

Chicken sauce recipe

Ingredients:

- fungi (300 mg);

- cream 10% (250 ml);

- 2 onions;

- ground pepper;

- sour cream low-fat (100 ml);

- salt to taste.

Technology of preparation

Chop onion and mushrooms finely. Fry these ingredients in oil for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Take the blender and put the cooled mixture in the bowl, add sour cream, cream (only half) and grind it in a mash. The resulting mass and the remaining half of the cream pour into a saucepan and cook over low heat. Perfectly fits to dishes from chicken and cutlets given mushroom sauce!

The recipe for sauce for vegetables

Ingredients:

- milk (200 ml);

Dried mushrooms (200 mg);

- vegetable oil;

- bulb;

- flour (2 tbsp.);

- universal seasoning.

Technology of preparation

Soak the dried mushrooms (white) for an hour. Rinse and chop. Chop onion and fry with mushrooms. In a dry frying pan, fry the flour for a minute and add a mixture of onion and mushrooms. Then pour in the milk, pour in the universal seasoning and boil. The sauce is ready!
