Italian group "Savage"

In November 1956 Roberto Zanetti was born in the Italian town of Massa. From his childhood, music for him was a kind of hobby, but from the age of 14 he began to learn to play the piano and realized that it was music that could become his future business. While still in high school, he played with different musical groups. This became so important to him that Roberto decided to take his first steps in the role of musician. He created the band "Taxi", in which his friend Fornaciari Zucchero played guitar. It was during this period that Roberto started writing his songs. At first it was a melodic style, then a dance rhythm also appeared. In 1983, the band released the first single, it was called "To Maiami". He was the impetus for a new successful song, which was written for Joey Moon. Then two DJs contact Roberto, with which he is producing the single "Incantation" for Gang. This record became known in Italy and served as the beginning of cooperation with the famous company Discomagic.

In the fall of 1983, Roberto creates a composition that becomes a real breakthrough in his career. The single "Do not Cry Tonight" is performed by the band "Savage". This was the first huge success of Zanetti. At the same time, he takes the pseudonym Robyx, under which he acts as a producer. The next two years the group "Savage" for him is the main project. At this time, the album "Tonight" is recorded, such popular songs as "Only You", "Radio", "Goodbye", "A Love Again" are released. Roberto concentrates on tours around Europe. In the eastern part of it, it not only gets popular, there is a huge success the group "Savage"! Songs are performed by a soloist with an unusual timbre of voice, and this helps the team to stand out among other Italian performers.

From 1984 to 1986, the group "Savage" is constantly on tour. During this time across Europe she gives more than 300 concerts. Performances are held in Germany and France, Spain and Switzerland, Austria and Greece, Sweden, Portugal and, of course, in Italy. The group "Savage" becomes the most in demand, it acquires thousands of fans, as the romanticism and melodic nature of the songs affected the hearts and souls of people. There were times when people were just crying during the speeches, and the girls attacked Roberto with embraces. In 1984 the album "Tonight" was released, it becomes the first for "Savage". The band includes songs in it, which then become great hits.

In 1986, Roberto creates his recording studio and begins his career as a producer. As a keyboard player, he quickly develops digital equipment and computers, with which you can get a new sound. He decides to make a cover version of the song "The Party" in Italian, but with a lyrical accent. So there was a single "Not toccarmi il culo dai". A few months later, he successfully released about 10 compositions of this genre. In 1988, Zanetti creates a new project - "Ice MC". There are such songs as "Cinema" and "Scream", which become unconditional hits. The new group is gaining popularity all over the world. In a few years Roberto becomes one of the most famous producers. He sells about 6 million singles and 2 million copies from his new projects. He gives a successful start to such groups as "Double You", "Pianonegro", "Alexia", "Corona". In addition, he records several instrumental compositions that are released in the style of dream house and space dance. And in 2004 and 2006, Roberto speaks to the Russian audience as part of the "Savage" group, this happens in the framework of the popular festival "Disco 80".
