Instant cakes for tea with friends

Not every hostess manages to cook a lush yeast dough. And I'm one of them. So I always looked for ways to make quick and tasty pies. For several years, several excellent recipes have accumulated. I will gladly share them with you.

When selecting recipes, I was always guided by several parameters. Quick- cooking cakes should really be prepared quickly, since I did not have more than one hour for the whole process. This dish should consist of a minimum of the most affordable products, which are either always in the house, or you can buy at a nearby store and inexpensively. Looking through the mountains of recipes in cookbooks and on the Internet, trying in practice the options I liked, I settled on just a few recipes. But let's look at each in more detail.

Instant cakes on beer.

It will take two glasses of flour, half a glass of beer, half a cup of margarine and one egg to make dough and cover. We top margarine to liquid state, pour beer into it and cover with flour. Mix all the components to a monotonous state. The filling should be prepared in advance. But I use for this purpose the various remnants of the second course after lunch. It can be mashed potatoes, stewed cabbage, and sometimes even porridge. But you can use chopped apples, a quick-cooked egg omelet with chopped herbs or a simple straw of ham and cheese. Any filling that is in the house will do. We pluck out pieces of dough from the total mass and flatten them on the hands. In the middle we lay the prepared filling, fix the edges and lay flat in rows on a baking tray or in a mold. We beat the egg and grease them with our patties. Bake in an oven, heated to 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Instant cakes on curd

I always doubted the pie test, which is cooked on curd. I have not tried to cook this recipe yet. Only there is one trick. Cottage cheese should be taken as fine as a paste or rubbed through a sieve. To prepare the dough, you will need a glass of yogurt, a pack of 250 grams of curds, an egg, a tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of salt and a baking powder and three glasses of flour. Of all the ingredients, knead the dough. It gets sticky, but do not worry about it. Leave it to lie for 20 minutes, covered with a towel.

We are engaged in preparing the filling, based on the available products. This dough combines well with cabbage and eggs, mashed potatoes and herbs, as well as eggs and green onions. Powder the cutting table with a small amount of flour and roll the dough into a layer no thicker than 0.7 centimeters. Cut the layer into squares of any size, put the filling in the middle and fold it with an envelope. You can simply pinch the dough and flatten it on your hands. Do as you please. Ready fried foods on warmed vegetable oil. A golden crust of fragrant baking does not leave anyone indifferent.

Since the whole family and friends just adore apples, we had to pick up a quick apple pie, which takes only half an hour to cook. We take out three medium-sized apples, two eggs, half a glass of kefir, ¾ cups of sugar, a tablespoon of baking powder, two tablespoons of vegetable oil, and a half-glass of flour. Cut apples into smooth slices and spread them on a greased baking sheet. Mix all the ingredients, in any order or all together in a homogeneous dough, after which we pour it on top of the apple lobules. Sprinkle with plain or vanilla sugar. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven, heated to 200 degrees. According to this recipe, you can make quick-cook cakes with berries or slices of any citrus.
