And now I would like to mention one more very tasty ingredient, which is often found in salads - saury. Salads with saury are deliciously tasty, because the main thing is to cook them properly! Several recipes of these and I would like to tell you.

Salad from saury "Bratislava"

To prepare you need:

  • Can of saury (canned);
  • Half a glass of rice;
  • 2 medium salted cucumber;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 100 g of hard cheese ;
  • 1 small head of onions;
  • Mayonnaise (best olive);
  • Greens (perfectly fennel with parsley)

At the very beginning of cooking, it is best to start boiling rice and eggs. And while he is brewing, take up cooking saury. This process is not very difficult - it just needs to be kneaded with a fork. This can be done right in the bank.

When the eggs are cooked, cool them and cut them into cubes or straws. Cucumbers also need to be cut.

Once all the ingredients are ready, you can begin to mix them: fold eggs, cooled rice, cucumbers and saury in one bowl. Add to them grated rice and mayonnaise. Stir and salt to taste. Now it remains only to decorate the resulting salad with finely chopped herbs, stir again and it's time to serve it on the table for guests. So that's fast and delicious!

Salad from saury Arion

To prepare you need:

  • 200 g of saury (canned in oil);
  • 100 grams of squid (you can also take canned);
  • 2 fresh apples;
  • 50 g of stalks of celery ;
  • 70 g. Nuts (for this salad it is better to take walnuts);
  • 1 tbsp. Freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • 0,5 cups of mayonnaise

As in the previous recipe, the fish should be kneaded. After that, take out the squid from the can and cut them into thin straws. Do the same with apples that need to be cleaned first. Cut the celery and then mix all of the above ingredients in one bowl. Now it's time to refill the salad, before which it should sprinkle with lemon juice. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix well. When serving on the table, the dish should be sprinkled with chopped walnuts.

Salad from saury Greek

To prepare you need:

  • 200 g of saury (canned);
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • clove of garlic;
  • olive oil;
  • Olives;
  • Black pepper (ground);
  • salt;
  • Spicy herbs (you can take coriander, sage and tarragon)

Start by preparing the cheese. For this salad you need to grate it on a large grater and add crushed garlic to it. For this salad it will be not enough just to crush the saury with a fork, for example - you have to grind it in a blender, and if you do not have such an opportunity, you can just scroll it through the meat grinder. Add the fish to the cheese and, adding butter, seasonings and most of the herbs, stir the salad carefully. And before serving, decorate it with olives (for this purpose it is better to give preference to olives without pits) and greens, which must first be finely chopped with a knife.

Salad from saury "Hot"

To prepare you need:

  • 3 cans of saury (canned);
  • 8 eggs;
  • 5 tablespoons of rice;
  • 4 middle heads of onions;
  • greenery;
  • vegetable oil

For this salad, you also need to grind the contents of canned fish as much as possible. Immediately after this, take on the preparation of onions - it must first be cut, and then fry in a pan with vegetable oil (it is better to give preference to cutting half rings).

In the meantime, take up cooking for eggs and rice. Cooked eggs should be finely chopped as small as possible, and the rice should be taken out of the water.

Koga all the ingredients will be ready, they need to be mixed in one bowl and filled with the same oil that was left in the frying pan after roasting the onions. This salad is decorated with greens and served in a warm form.
