How to open chakras

The question of how to open the chakras, interests those people who would like to do self-improvement. Their discovery allows you to acquire various paranormal abilities, strengthen spiritual and physical health, and lead to enlightenment and awareness of man's destiny and place in the world. Not everyone knows how to open the human chakra.

This must be done consistently. In detail, this technique is studied in kundalini yoga, where by raising energy through the sushumna channel to the upper sahasrara-chakra, one attains enlightenment (samadhi) and many wonderful abilities (siddhis). Before opening all the chakras, you need to decide on the purpose of your studies. Those who just want to strengthen their health, you can not change the usual routine of life (except that you have to give up alcohol, because alcohol and spiritual practice are incompatible).

Those who want to reach the ultimate goal of all yogis - enlightenment and bliss - will have to think about giving up meat and observing certain rules. Among these are asceticism and nonviolence. Below is an instruction on how to open the chakras. The process starts from the lowest chakra - muladhara, to the upper one - sahasrara.

1. The lower chakra (muladhara) is located at the base of the spine. She is responsible for the vital forces of man. Here is also the source of kundalini - energy, which can be awakened and get enlightenment. Focusing on the chakra, you need to pronounce the mantra "LAM". The element of this chakra is the earth. Before you open the chakras above, you must work on the muladhara.

2. The second chakra is svadhistana. It is located below the navel and refers to the elements of water. To open and purify this chakra, you need to focus on it and pronounce the mantra "YOU". It is believed that this chakra allows a person to become an ideal warrior, invincible, like the water element itself.

3. The third chakra is the manipura. It is located near the solar plexus. To purify and activate this spiritual center, you must pronounce the mantra "RAM". It is a fiery center in the energetic body of man. It is believed that those who subjugate the energies of this chakra will become invulnerable to fire.

4. Anahata-chakra is the heart center in the human body. For the development of this center it is necessary to produce the mantra "NAM". With this chakra connect the ability of man to love and experience charity. Anger and frustration are blocking this center. Anahata is a very important chakra. Before opening chakras of a higher level, you must necessarily work it.

5. The Vishuddha-chakra, located in the throat area, is responsible for the person's communication skills. Hidden insults and depression overwhelm her. Often a person with blocks in this center feels the need to speak out. The mantra of this chakra is "HAM".

6. Ajna is what is called the third eye. It is this chakra, located in the center of the forehead, responsible for the development of most paranormal abilities. These include clairvoyance, telekinesis, astral projection, as well as various types of effects on the consciousness of another person (hypnosis and suggestion). The mantra of this chakra is AUM.

7. Sahasrara reminds the crown over the energy body of man. This is the uppermost chakra, the development of which is the goal of yogis and followers of spiritual development. The mantra of this chakra is "OM". In kundalini, when the original energy bursts out into sugar, a person feels indescribable bliss. He becomes free from rebirth and karma.

Before opening the chakra, one must master the lotus position. To make it to someone is simple, but for someone it is difficult. In order to accept this position, you must throw the right shin to the left hip, and the left one - to the right. This position, probably, is known to many, because it is in it that the spiritual teachers of mankind are depicted.
