To prepare this dish, you can use such products: potatoes, egg yolks, butter, mushrooms, onions, garlic and salt. Let's see in more detail how to prepare zrazy. To prepare a delicious dish you should take twelve potatoes, three hundred grams of beef, egg, a pair of onions, salt and pepper. First you can make a filling, for this you have to boil the meat, and then grind it with a meat grinder or blender. When the mashed potatoes are ready, moisten your hands and form cakes, inside which will be placed the filling. The filling consists not only of meat prepared earlier, it is necessary to add chopped onion and egg, as well as spices. When a flat cake is formed, it is necessary to lay out the filling inside and roll it down.
