Symptoms of eye fatigue

Overexertion of the eyes, as a rule, is accompanied by a combination of any of the following symptoms:

By the way, it is worth noting that even your diet can help reduce excessive eye strain! Natural oils contained in some types of fish and products rich in potassium (for example, bananas and potatoes) will help preserve the moisture of your eyes.
