And now I will describe in more detail the process itself, how to cook chops from beef. We must take the following products: a pound of beef, a couple of eggs, two tablespoons of lean oil and three tablespoons of breadcrumbs, black pepper and salt we put to taste.

First we wash the meat and cut a piece of beef across the fibers into 6-8 pieces. Then in turn put the cut veal slices on the board and beat off from both sides. After that, every piece of meat is salted, pepper. While our meat is salted, we undertake to cook batter. To do this, beat a couple of eggs until a homogeneous mass is formed. Before starting to fry the chops, put all the pieces in a bowl with batter for an hour, during which time the meat will become soft and juicy. On a separate plate we pour out three spoons of breadcrumbs.

We put a frying pan on the fire, warm it, pour lean oil. And we proceed to fry the chops. Alternately, we dip each piece of meat first into the batter, then let it drain out of the batter, then immediately roll off the chop in the breadcrumbs.

Fry our chops in the batter under a loosely covered lid. It is enough to fry 10-15 minutes each side. As soon as a ruddy crust was formed, the fire should be slightly reduced. Then we put the chops into a frying pan, closing the lid, letting them steam for about ten minutes.

That's the whole secret of how to make beef chops tender and soft.

We serve chops with fresh salads, for example, from radish and cabbage, tomatoes with cucumbers, spinach or lettuce leaves in all sorts of combinations.

You can serve potato puree, buckwheat porridge or pasta to beef chops.

Chops are made from pork, from chicken meat, you can add mushrooms and cheese to them. One of my favorite recipes is chicken chops with mushrooms. I will share it with you. So, you need to take 0.5 kg of chicken breast, 2 eggs, a couple of tablespoons of flour, a teaspoon of mustard, 300 grams. Champignons, one onion head, 100 gr. Hard cheese, a couple spoonfuls of lean oil, ketchup, salt and black pepper ground.

We will cook this dish in two stages. We disassemble the chicken breast into strata and beat them off, salt, pepper and leave for a while. In the meantime, fry mushrooms with onions in lean oil (champignons cut into large plates). Fry until the mushrooms lightly brown. While mushrooms are frying, we will cook the dessert. Eggs beat, add a spoonful of flour, a pinch of salt and one teaspoon of mustard. According to viscosity, the claret should turn out like a dough for pancakes.

When the mushrooms are ready, we set them aside to cool, and we ourselves begin to fry the chops. We dip the pieces of meat into the dessert and put it on the heated frying pan, and fry for no more than 3 minutes, so that only the clay gets caught.

Then on the baking sheet, smeared with lean oil, we spread the chops, and on top of each we put a spoonful of fried mushrooms, a little bit of ketchup and cover them with grated cheese. As a result, chops will be obtained under a fur coat from mushrooms and cheese. Now all this "beauty" we put baked for 15-20 minutes in the oven, which prudently we heated up to 180 degrees.

Similarly, you can make chops from beef with mushrooms or pork.
