How to cook tuna

Such a fish, like tuna, is used in a large number of dishes and it can be cooked in completely different ways, namely bake, put out, fry and even cook. To do this, you will need oil to lubricate the mold, one hundred seventy-five grams of plates of the finished puff pastry, six tomatoes that are pre-cut into small pieces, and fifty grams of grated cheddar cheese.

To prepare this dish, you need a sauce for which, as ingredients, take fifty grams of butter, one onion, gently sliced, fifty grams of flour, six hundred milliliters of milk, half a teaspoon of mustard, salt and pepper to taste, and one hundred and seventy-five grams Cheddar cheese, pre-grated, and four hundred grams of canned tuna, which should be broken into small pieces.

Now directly on how to cook tuna. The first thing to do is a sauce. But, before that, do not forget to turn on the oven so that it warms up, at least, up to 180 degrees.

Then, in a large saucepan, melt the butter. In it, put the chopped onion and continue to pass for four to six minutes. Onions should acquire a golden hue. Now it's time for flour. It should be added two minutes before the dessert is removed from the fire.

After that, add the salt and pepper to the resulting mass and pour in the milk. Sauce cook until until it gets a thick consistency, as a result of which will stay on the spoon. As soon as this happens, add the tuna, cheese and mustard, and extinguish the whole mass for another two minutes.

At this time, take a medium-sized heat-resistant mold and oil it with oil. At the bottom of this form lay a sauce with tuna, on top of which put a puff pastry plate. The next layer is done in the same way. But, add also tomatoes. It is in this sequence, continue to lay tuna. Top with sprinkled tomatoes and grated cheese. After that, cover the dish with foil and put it to bake in the oven for fifteen to twenty minutes.

After this time, remove the foil and leave the tuna in the oven already in the open for another fifteen minutes, that is until a golden brown crust appears.

We just considered one of the ways to cook tuna. How else can this be done? As an option we offer you a salad from this fish. There are a lot of such recipes. But they all have common principles. So, for a salad is taken that meat of tuna, which is cooked, as a rule, for a couple. You can use boiled or canned tuna. In the latter case, it is very important that the fish is in its own juice.

The selected products are finely chopped, if necessary, the resulting mass should be added. All this is filled with olive oil and lemon juice. Some use mayonnaise as a dressing sauce, which is not recommended. However, the eggs in the salad with tuna are also completely useless. These two ingredients can dampen the taste of this fish. And the salad itself will become much more calorie.
