It will take a kilogram of pork, one cucumber, one tomato, one onion, 200 grams of carrots in Korean, 200 grams of salted cabbage, any sauce, one lavash, mayonnaise and greens. Before you make a shawarma at home, you need to prepare the meat. We wash it and cut it into small pieces. We put it on a frying pan and fry until ready, and then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Now we prepare the rest of the ingredients. Cut very small greens, and onions and tomatoes - half rings. Cucumber cut into thin rings. A third of the lavash is greased with mayonnaise, but not too thick. Then lay out all the ingredients. The first layer is meat. Top put Korean carrots, and then chopped onions. After that comes a cucumber, cabbage and a tomato. Top with water sauce. You can take sauce any, at your discretion. We wrap the pita bread, bending the edges. Shaurma with chicken

As already noted, the filling in this dish can be different. We'll tell you one more way of how to make shaurma with chicken at home . We take two Armenian lavash, 300 grams of chicken fillet, 80 grams of Korean carrots and fresh cabbage, one tomato and cucumber, some garlic (to taste), vegetable oil, mayonnaise, salt and ketchup. Before preparing Shawarma at home, it is necessary to do some preparatory work. Cabbage shred as small as possible, sprinkle with salt and lightly rub it with your hands. Tomato and cucumber are cut into thin slices. Garlic is crushed. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces or brusochkami. We spread it on a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until ready. Now proceed to the formation of the dish. We spread lavash and put cabbage on it. If you want, make a thin layer of mayonnaise. Next comes the chicken, which is sprinkled with garlic on top and poured with ketchup. Then lay out the tomatoes and cucumbers. There was one unclaimed ingredient - carrots, which we put the last layer. All watering mayonnaise (the amount at will). We wrap the pita bread and fry the shawarma in the pan (or warm it in the microwave). You can decorate the dish with vegetables when serving.
