How to cook an omelette: various dishes

Omelette can be made from eggs alone (natural) or with additives. In this capacity, meat, fish and various dairy products, as well as vegetables, greens, and even berries or fruits are used. They can be mixed with raw eggs or wrapped in a prepared omelette - in this case it should be thin enough. To an omelette with additives it is possible to prepare a sauce suitable to taste to its filling: milk, tomato, etc.

Before you prepare an omelet, eggs must be thoroughly washed in warm water. For a natural omelette, they are broken into a bowl or saucepan, salt, add a little milk (1 tablespoon per egg) and beat. Then pour the mass on the hot pan and fry over high heat. When it starts to thicken, you can turn it gently with a spatula on the other side. Before you prepare an omelette with milk, you need to make sure the freshness of the latter: the curled product will spoil the dish.

Very delicious turns omelet with the addition of cheese. Before you prepare an omelet for this recipe, you need to take a slice of white bread (50 g), cut off the crust from it, and soak the pulp in milk and mash with a fork. Bread is combined with raw eggs (3 pieces) and grated cheese (50 g), the mass is beaten and salted to taste. Fry an omelette as well as natural, in a well-heated frying pan. It will turn out much more magnificent if the whites are pre-whipped with a mixer in a strong foam, separated from the yolks.

As a filling for omelet you can use almost any vegetables (zucchini, potatoes, asparagus beans, pumpkin), as well as mushrooms. At the same time two eggs are taken with 50-100 grams of vegetables and 1 tablespoon of milk. Before you cook an omelette with one of these ingredients, salted and diced vegetables (mushrooms - plates) are fried in oil for a few minutes, only after that they are filled with eggs. Potatoes must be roasted to the full. Ready omelette is well poured with sour cream sauce and sprinkled with greens from above.

Lovers of seafood can prepare a fish omelet or an omelette with prawns. To do this, whipped eggs pour a third cup of boiled shrimp or 50 grams of fish, previously cooked, peeled from bones and finely chopped. Before serving, the fish omelet is sprinkled with white pepper and sprinkled with melted butter.

Children are very fond of fruit and berry omelets. If your baby is not very eager to eat eggs, then this advice on how to make an omelet that you can eat for dessert, you will certainly come in handy. To prepare an omelet with apples, the fruits are washed, peeled and the core cut out. Apples are cut into thin slices and fried in a pan with butter 1-2 minutes. The beaten eggs are poured from above, the mass is mixed right in the frying pan and fried like a natural omelet. Finished dish sprinkled with sugar.

Here is another recipe for making omelets for small sweeties, more complex: egg-berry souffle. For him you will need half a glass of any berries (you can and defrosted), which need to be mashed with a fork and covered with sugar. A saucepan with berries is put on the fire, 1-2 tablespoons of sugar are added to it, brought to a boil and gradually pour 1 teaspoon of starch, stirring constantly. After the berry mass thickens, it is removed from the fire. Yolks of two eggs are ground with 1 tablespoon of sugar or sugar powder and a small amount of vanillin (at the tip of the knife). Proteins are beaten with a mixer in a firm foam. Gently combine the yolks with proteins and mix.

The omelette is fried in a greased frying pan under a lid on a small fire until its top is baked. After that, lay berry mass on top, carefully wrap the omelet in an envelope, sprinkle sugar or sugar powder on top and put for 2-3 minutes in a well-heated oven, until the sugar turns into caramel.
