First you need to prepare the filling. For this, the onions are cut into small rings and fried in oil. There they pour peas, salt, pepper, add water and begin to extinguish. This takes about 10 minutes. Salad and smoked meat cut into strips and added to a skillet to vegetables. Separately mixed sour cream, a small spoonful of flour and a little shredded greens. All this is poured out to the vegetables, covered with a lid, brought to a boil, turned on and set aside on the edge of the plate, so as not to get cold.

Finally, you can start preparing an omelette. Yolks are combined with milk and salt. With a fork, a whisk or a mixer, everything is shaken. Flour is sieved and added here.
