Prepare a dish of chicken breast can be very simple - just dip into a boiling water piece of chicken fillet and cook until done. At the same time, during cooking, water can be added to the bulb and / or carrots, as well as a little salt. When the meat is ready, it can be used to make salads, and the prepared broth can not only be drunk, but also used as a basis for soup. And it's not a secret for anyone that dietary dishes from chicken breast are, first of all, soups based on chicken broth.

To make soup from the chicken, it's enough to add a little rice to the broth, after ten minutes, pour the sliced potatoes, carrots and a few mushrooms (if desired) into the boiling water, and before adding it from the plate add the greens to the ready soup and let it brew a little. Before adding greens to the soup, a raw egg can be hammered into a boiling liquid over a slow fire, stirring the broth carefully while doing so.

A dish of chicken breast, which takes its place on the table after the first course, should be satisfying and useful. They can easily become a chicken breast with a mustard-cream sauce. To make such a dish, chicken fillet must be cut into large pieces and fry in a hot frying pan until ready. Then put the meat on a plate, and in the oil and juice remaining in the pan add the finely chopped garlic and lightly fry it. Then add a glass of white wine or cognac to the frying pan and continue to cook until the liquid is twice less. Now add a little mustard powder and a tablespoon of granular mustard into the sauce, pour half a cup of cream and the same amount of chicken broth, and add pepper and salt to taste. When the sauce is thick enough, we put into it pieces of meat and keep on a slow race for five minutes. Serve them on the table you need hot, pre-properly watering the sauce and decorating the chopped herbs. A chic dish from a chicken breast is ready, and its preparation took away not so much time and effort.

From the chicken breast, which remained after the process of making soup, you can prepare a delicious salad, mixing the chopped meat with vegetables and dressing with mayonnaise, sour cream or olive oil.
