How to bake a mannik
Pie "Mannik" was known in the 18th century. He was baked from milk, kefir, but more often - from sour cream. Often, apples, berries, and other ingredients were added to the dough. Today this dish is also loved and revered in every family.
As you already knew, baking a mannik is a simple matter. If you want to make this dish more diverse and more interesting to taste, you can add some additional ingredients to it.
For its preparation you will need two glasses of kefir, 0.5 stack. Sugar, two tablespoons of baking powder, 250 gr. Manki and as much flour, vanillin, egg, 150 gr. Margarine. Also need a small apple and orange.
How to bake a mannik? In a microwave oven, melt margarine. We add an egg and sugar to it. Mix the mango with kefir and leave to stand for 20 minutes. We connect the two mixtures. Add the baking powder and flour. At the very end, put vanillin in the dough. We peel apples from the peel, cut them into 8 lobules and spread them into a mold. Fill half the dough. Top with orange slices. Fill the dough to the end. Bake baking in the oven for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Mannick with pineapple slices
To make this delicacy, you will need a glass of yogurt and the same amount of sugar, 250 gr. Semolina, and as much flour, three eggs, vanillin, soda, slices of dried pineapple (to taste), you can also add cherry, dried apricots, raisins, etc.
Mannick with chocolate
To make a pie, you need a glass of manga and as much flour and sugar, a batch of baking powder, three eggs, half a glass of milk, 70 grams. Margarine, a half-plate of chocolate.
How to bake a mannik? Sugar and egg whisk together with a mixer until the mass in the volume increases. Fill the semolina with milk and add it to the whipped mixture. In the dough, put the baking powder and the softened margarine. Stir, then add flour. The dough is poured onto a baking sheet, richly oiled, and put on top small pieces of chocolate. The cake should be baked at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. You can decorate the dish with melted chocolate and berries.
