For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients: eggs (2 pieces), kefir (0.35 l), sugar and salt (to taste), flour (6 glasses), fresh yeast (50 g), butter (0.1 kg ). Mix kefir with sugar, then dissolve yeast in it. Then add salt, egg yolk and one egg, lightly whisk. Put the softened butter in the dough and whisk. Gradually add flour. Leave the dough for a while to make it rise. Periodically (2-3 times) it must be kneaded and left again in the warmth.

In any case, the pastry dough in the oven is airy and very tasty. In order for it to rise well, it is necessary to put it in a warm place, while it must be protected from drafts, do not forget to cover it with a towel or a napkin. To make the patties turned rosy, grease them before baking a lightly whipped egg whites. After baking, they can be lightly sprinkled with water and covered with a soft cloth (you can use a handkerchief or a towel), leave for a while, so that they cool down. So pies will turn out soft, airy and very tasty.
