If possible - you can turn on only the top heat, and you can place a metal pan directly over the meat - the heat from it will help to achieve a more pronounced crust in the minimum time. You can also bake pork in a similar recipe, not in foil, but in thick-walled dishes - then it will be enough to just hold it for an hour and a half in the oven, periodically pouring out the evolving liquid and adding water to the bottom if necessary, so that the meat does not burn.

How delicious to cook pork pieces? There are a lot of options for this preparation: you can simply fry it quickly in a frying pan, you can add there onion or other vegetables, you can put out with vegetables or make sauce for pasta with pieces of pork. Pork is also a piece of many dishes, such as goulash or pilaf. If it is oily, it is very tasty if you put it out with potatoes. For this, thick-walled dishes, kilograms of potatoes, half a kilogram of pork, a little vegetable oil, two onions, salt and spices are taken. All Placed in a bowl with pre-heated vegetable oil in it and put for an hour in the oven. It turns out very tasty - both potatoes and meat get a mouth-watering ruddy crust.
