For a better taste, you can add a small piece of margarine or butter to the dough. Let the dough stand a bit after mixing. Then cut off small pieces from it, roll them into cakes half a centimeter thick. In this case, dipped in flour, so as not to lose hands and rolling. Then fry in a pan until golden brown. To better cook the croissants, pierce them in several places with a fork. And what can you bake from sour milk in a hurry? A perfect pie for tea. Ingredients for him will require very little. In the bowl, pour out the sugar - a glass or a little more. The same amount of yogurt. We drive 2-3 eggs, add a teaspoon of soda (extinguish with vinegar), flour - 1,5-2,5 glasses (depending on the resulting consistency of the dough: it should be creamy, but not very thick). There we also add vanillin and fresh fruit, cut into pieces, or berries. You can make jam. We knead out all the ingredients of the dough. The form for baking (with bumpers) is smeared with oil, the dough is poured into it. Fruit distribute evenly or cut them into slices, put them in a mold, then pour in a test mass. Put in a preheated oven and bake until cooked. Baking time will take about half an hour. Sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar. Cook with taste and eat with pleasure!
