Experienced mushroom pickers quietly hunt for golovachami almost throughout the summer, and then prepare from the extraction of various delicacies, which they gladly eat. The mushroom is really tasty, and its pulp has a snowy shade and a dense structure. But, despite its excellent qualities, this mushroom can not be called too widespread. It's not about the habitat, it's just quite extensive. And the fact that many people did not even hear about the fungus.

Habitats and external signs

Golovach is one of the firstborns that grows before their forest counterparts. You can go hunting for this mushroom at the end of May. This fungus is more common and habitual. In any dish, the recipe of which provides for the use of champignons, you can bravely crush golovachi.

On the first day, when you returned from the forest with prey, be sure to clean the mushrooms. How to do it, it is understandable intuitively - everything superfluous is easily removed by itself. Cut the mushroom into small pieces, load it into salted boiling water and cook for about 40-50 minutes. Water pour into the sink, use it for soups and can not be poured - it can be poisoned, and the taste of it, as a rule, is terrible. Rinse the mushrooms and use as they please.   • Fry the golovachi in oil and pour it into the cauldron. Add the raw potatoes, pour boiling water, put on the stew. Fry the onions in a frying pan, load into the cauldron 5 minutes before cooked. For 2 kg of potatoes you will need 700-800 g of mushrooms and a couple of bulbs. Serve with homemade sausage, smoked bacon, sauerkraut.
  • Fry in boiling fat mushrooms, onions, carrots. If desired, add a small amount of aubergines or courgettes. When vegetables are fully cooked, pound the mass in a blender. Mushroom caviar is an excellent help, which can be served with sandwiches, added to bakery fillings, wrapped in pancakes, and stuffed with volosts.
  • The head is a mushroom, which is suitable for marinating. Pour boiled golovachi marinade, for the preparation of which mix 1 liter of water, 4 tbsp. L. Vinegar, 1 tbsp. L. Salt, 1-1.5 st. L. Sugar and a pinch of favorite seasonings. Leave the mushrooms to marinate for 12-14 hours. Serve as a snack, watering home vegetable oil.
