On a festive day, jelly is removed from the molds and cut into cubes. Peaches are transferred to a colander and allowed to drain excess liquid. Gelatin is prepared according to the instructions, and then add to sour cream, pre-mixed with sugar. Sponge cakes are also cut into cubes.

All the ingredients are prepared and now you can "collect" the cake "Broken glass". To do this, put pieces of jelly and peaches in rows in a previously prepared form (for example, silicone or simply in a large salad bowl), and then pour them with sour cream sauce. In conclusion, to this mass in an arbitrary order put the biscuit cubes, sending for two hours to freeze in the refrigerator. To serve the table, dessert is turned over to a dish of suitable diameter and decorated with a ready cake "Broken glass".
