Fried rice - several recipes

"Bread" of millions of earthlings and the most popular cereal in the world is rice. Grow and eat it began a long time ago (6-7 millennia ago). And for these millennia rice managed to spread across all continents, adapt to different climatic conditions and take its place in many national cuisines. And if in Europe and in America rice dishes take a secondary place and are used occasionally, in Asian countries the rice bowl stands in the center of the table. There, this cereal is worshiped, and many Asians eat it three times a day.

Also now it is the basis of many dishes and very often they eat fried rice. And fry it with all possible ingredients. Here, for example, a simple recipe for such rice, which can be prepared from the remaining boiled products. This will require three glasses of boiled rice, a glass of boiled meat, a couple of eggs, a tablespoon of greens, two onions, two spoons of onion (finely chopped), salt and vegetable oil. The oil is heated in a frying pan, then there is added rice, which is fried with a constant stirring for ten minutes. Then to the rice is added meat, salt, greens, beaten eggs, onions. All this must be stirred and fried for about a minute.

Seafood is also a good match with this cereal. And just from a dozen ingredients, you can cook fried rice with shrimps. And the ingredients for this culinary masterpiece are:

  • Peeled shrimps - 400 gr.
  • Two tomatoes.
  • One onion.
  • Green onion with bulbs - 2 stems.
  • Rice is one 300-gram glass.
  • Fish and soy sauce for 1 tbsp. L.
  • Ketchup - 1 tbsp. L.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Oil - 2 tbsp. L.

First you need to boil the water in a saucepan with the calculation for 4 servings and fill it with rice. Then it should be boiled for about 10 minutes in slightly boiling water, and after the water it must be drained. Boiled rice should cool slightly. And while he is cooking, you can wash the prawns, season them with pepper, cut the tomatoes and bulbs into cubes, and green onions into 2-centimeter pieces. Then the frying pan is taken, the oil is heated in it, and shrimps are poured into it. Fry them to a red color, and then set aside. Then on the same frying pan the onions are fried, then green onions and tomatoes are added to it, which are also fried. At the next stage, rice is added to the vegetables, all this is mixed and thoroughly roasted. And after the rice, shrimps are added to the pan and all this is mixed. Then the prepared dish is seasoned with fish and soy sauce, as well as sugar. And such fried rice does not have to be hot. In the cold form it is also delicious and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.

Also, just cook the fried rice with the egg. For him, except for one egg and rice, vegetables and vegetable oil will be required. The rice must be boiled so that it becomes soft, but not stick together. Then it needs to be rinsed with hot water and thrown back to a colander to make this glass water. Vegetables should be finely chopped, boiled and mixed with rice. Then the frying pan is taken and the vegetable oil recoils on it. In this oil, the egg is first fried until small lumps are obtained. Then it is mixed with rice and all this is fried two minutes on high heat. Such fried rice is served on the table hot.

And if someone "littered" fried salmon, then from it and rice, you can quickly prepare a good dish. And for it you need half a bulb, 2 cups of boiled rice, 150 grams of salmon, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoon of sesame oil and two spoons of onion (finely chopped). Oil sesame is heated in a frying pan and the onions are fried in it. Then add the chopped salmon and fry along with the onion. All this should be slightly seasoned with pepper and salt. Then rice is added and all this is cooked with stirring for a few minutes. Then the fried rice is sprinkled with green onions and sprinkled with soy sauce. Then all this should be quickly mixed and removed from the plate. As a result, two servings of tasty rice are obtained.
