A balanced diet means giving up sweet, but if you are a sweet tooth, sugar substitutes such as saccharin, sorbitol and others should not be included in the diet. They are not always harmless to the body. Better pamper yourself once a day with a couple of spoons of honey. In bakery products, you should also limit yourself, consuming no more than 100 grams per day. It is preferable to use baking from wholemeal flour, but sometimes you can treat yourself and any other products. Cereals should be included in a daily diet of 30 grams, preparing from them useful porridge. You can replace them with potatoes boiled or baked (no more than two medium-sized potatoes). And it is more useful to weld their uniform and eat with a peel.

Balanced diets, both winter and summer, require the use of various fruits and berries, about 250 grams daily. Be sure to use sour-milk products or skim milk for two glasses a day, you can diversify milk drinks with low-fat yogurt. It is advisable to include at least 50 grams of cottage cheese in your daily diet, but if you do not like this useful product, do not force yourself, but replace it with a half glass of curdled milk or kefir. As for meat and fish, they need to eat 200 grams daily. These products are preferably boiled or cooked in the oven. If there are no contraindications for eating eggs, then they can replace meat, note, one egg replaces 80 grams of meat.

Butter can be consumed in the volume of two teaspoons, and this is approximately 10 grams. It can be added to cooked dishes, or you can spread on bread. It is allowed to replace it with vegetable oil, but in no case margarine or mayonnaise. And, finally, a balanced diet allows you to eat any amount of vegetable salads. As for the liquid, it must enter the body at least two and a half liters during the day. This can be mineral still water, water with lemon, natural juices, unsweetened fruit compotes, but the use of tea and coffee should be limited. A balanced diet for losing weight requires more frequent consumption of food, but in small quantities.

Diet is an effective safe, but some inconvenience brings a person due to the need to continuously count the calories consumed and the weight of the products.
