Low-fat milk at home
More recently, the theory based on separate nutrition, that milk is useful to drink only to children, was very popular. And, exclusively to babies. As soon as the little man grows out of diapers, the amount of milk in his diet should be minimized, well, and adults are generally forbidden to eat this product.
Another argument of opponents of using this product in food is its fat content. If you drink fatty milk, then inevitably increase your weight. Increased cholesterol in the body, a person will fall ill and, eventually, die. On the wave of this theory, skim milk began to gain popularity, the calorie content of which is much lower than that of whole milk. And with this you can not argue - really lower.
Let's leave aside the question of whether it is possible to consider the product saturated with carbohydrates (and sugar as a pure carbohydrate) to be a dietary product. As we will not try to find out, skim milk is useful for health. We will confine ourselves only to what we acknowledge-indeed, if you have drunk skim milk all your life, then after drinking a whole, you will get some health problems. They will express themselves in an elementary disorder of the stomach. Your body, not accustomed to such a product, simply inadequately reacts to it.
Pour the purchased milk into a container and leave it for several hours in a cool place. During this time, it will be divided into two distinctly visible factions. If your container is made of transparent glass, you can easily see it by looking at it from the side. Spoon gently remove the top layer. These are the cream in which all the fat is concentrated. If, and after taking off the cream, you are not sure that the liquid has become a diet, then take the mixer and simply beat the fat in the milk in butter.
Strain the liquid through the cheesecloth, separating the butter, and you will get the most real low-fat milk, or, as it was called before - reverse.
