Fettuccine with chicken and mushrooms

To prepare a dish, you will need the following products:

  • 250 gr noodles "Fetuchini";
  • 2 chicken fillets;
  • 200 grams of frozen champignons;
  • 150 g 10% cream;
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese;
  • butter;
  • salt.

Preparation.

Fetuchini with chicken and mushrooms is prepared as follows. In salted water, boil the fettuccine (preparation time is indicated on the package). Chicken the fillet of chicken in water, dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Defrost mushrooms, remove excess moisture and fry them in a small amount of butter. In the frying pan, put pieces of fillet and put them out for 10 minutes together with pepper and salt. After that, pour into the pan with chicken fillets of cream and grated grated (shallow) hard cheese. Stew the sauce for a while until it thickens. In the pan with sauce, shift the boiled fettuccine, stir well and heat the fettuccine with chicken and mushrooms for a few minutes.

Fettuccine and bacon

To prepare a dish for six people, you will need:

  • 4 shallots;
  • olive oil;
  • 450 grams of bacon;
  • Clove of garlic;
  • A large onion;
  • Packing of fettuccine;
  • Fatty cream (125ml);
  • 3 yolks;
  • Parmesan 75 grams;
  • Pepper and salt.

Preparation.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cut the shallots and quench it in oil until it becomes soft. Cut the bacon into thin strips and add to the pan with onion. Fry until the bacon turns rosy. Then put the garlic passed through the garlic and remove the pan from the fire.

  • 250 g of fetuccine;

  • White frozen mushrooms (200gr);
  • Grated parmesan cheese (3 tablespoons);

  • Rosemary (fresh);
  • Butter (unsalted);
  • Ladle of vegetable broth;
  • olive oil.

Preparation.

First, defrost the white mushrooms, rinse them and cut into small pieces, which then fry in olive oil (about 15 minutes). Rosemary finely chop with a knife.

Boil the fettuccine, but do not digest them in any case.

In the heated olive oil fry garlic passed through the garlic (1 clove). Then we add the mushrooms and fry them for seven minutes. After that, we pour a vegetable broth into the pan with mushrooms , wait for the boiling, evaporate the liquid and add a piece of butter. All the ingredients are actively mixed, stew for another five minutes, put salt, rosemary and pepper. Fetuchini put in a frying pan with mushrooms, mix well and pour 3 tablespoons of water. Pasta fry for a few minutes, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and mix again.
