Often the issue of breakfast at home is brought to the discussion at parents' meetings, when educators persuade parents not to give children sweets, rolls, sweets from the very morning.

Separately, say about the food in the kindergarten in the period of adaptation, when the baby is rebuilt from the home habitual way of life to life on a schedule and in a new environment. Avoidance of parental upbringing in the team is almost always accompanied by psychological difficulties, and the younger the child, the more difficult it is to adapt. Often during this period, appetite and sleep worsen, resistance to diseases decreases. It is very useful at this time that the nutrition in the kindergarten promotes rapid adaptation in the new environment. Find out in advance what is fed in the kindergarten, and more often cook such dishes at home so that the child begins to get used to it. Sometimes small children who have only entered the garden, do not know how to eat themselves. Therefore, teachers or nannies often help them if the kids really want to eat. Kids pay attention to the design of dishes, for decoration. In addition, children will never eat hot food, it should only be warm. Workers of the garden gradually accustom the kids to neatness and cleanliness at the table. In the younger groups, parents bring to the garden special aprons that are worn by children during meals, so as not to contaminate clothing. Educators do not rush toddlers, the following dish is served when the previous one is eaten or if the child refused it. Most often a little food remains, so kids are offered an additive.
