Extracting dough is the basis of many delicious desserts. It is prepared in a special way, and it includes the simplest products.

Extractor dough. How to do it?

If you like pastries, pies, cookies, baklava and twirls, then you should learn how to prepare the right dough for them. Of course, you can always get it in the store, but home-made products always get better. So, how to prepare a dough for a strudel? Recipe :

  • Sift 210 grams of flour into a bowl.
  • Add to it 120 grams of water and 60 grams of vegetable oil.
  • At the end, put 1 pinch of salt.
  • Knead the dough until it begins to lag behind the walls of the dishes. After that, shift it to the table and continue kneading your hands.
  • The finished dough wrap in food film and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Place a towel on the work surface of the table and sprinkle it with flour.
  • Put the dough on a cloth and roll it out with a rolling pin.
  • After this, take the dough over the edge and start pulling it out. To do this, rotate the workpiece so that most of it hangs from your hands. Pull out the dough until it is thin enough.

  • Rub the food with your hands so that they turn into a crumb. After this, gradually add to them 250 ml of water and knead a thick homogeneous dough.
  • Divide the resulting product into eight parts, each of which is rolled into a ball and grease with vegetable oil.
  • Fold the blanks two pieces together and flatten them so that they turn out flat cakes. Send them to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  • 350 grams of cheese, rub with one egg and three spoons of natural yogurt. Stir foods until smooth.
  • Pour in a bowl four tablespoons of vegetable oil and 50 grams of cream, and then put it on a water bath.
  • Remove from the refrigerator one of the four prepared parts, roll it out with a rolling pin and pull it out with your hands as thin as possible.
  • Lay one quarter of the filling on the bed and distribute it evenly in the middle of the workpiece (the edges should be left free). Pour the filling with oil.
  • Fold the edges to the center, then roll the workpiece with roll, and in turn, wrap it with a snail. Do the same procedure with the remaining dough and cheese.
