Exquisite pastries - a recipe for French cookies Madeleine

This cookie is very light and beautiful, it is ideal for tea drinking with a girlfriend.

Prepare the following foods: eggs (3 pieces), sugar (slightly less than half a glass - about 110 g), flour (150 g), butter (130 g), lemon, vanilla sachet or vanillin, baking powder (5 g). Beat the egg with a mixer. Add sugar, whilst continuing to beat the mass. Put the vanilla sugar. Add flour to the mixture (preferably sifted) with the baking powder. Grind lemon zest on a grater and put into dough. Mix everything gently. The melted and chilled butter gradually add to the dough.

The dough should be put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Cookies for cookies fill in 2/3 with the test. If you do not have molds, then you can put products in the form of small muffins on pastry paper.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees and bake "madenes" for about 4 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 180 degrees and continue baking for another 4 minutes. Delicious baked goods are ready. Sprinkle with sugar powder.

Danish pastries

In just half an hour you can cook a delicious dish on a puff-yeast base, which can be reliably classified as "refined bakery".

In Denmark, from the puff pastry yeast baked sweet products with fruits and spices or a snack option with greens and cheese. As a rule, Danish pastries are shaped like envelopes, wheels or triangles.

Prepare 225 g of flour, 150 g of butter, 25 g of margarine, 25 g of fine-grained sugar, 7 g of yeast (high-speed), one egg, a pinch of salt.

Flour flour with margarine. Add the yeast and salt. Mix the egg, water (4 tablespoons) and sugar. Enter into the flour mixture. Knead the dough, making sure that it is elastic. The dough is covered and allowed to come for about 15 minutes. Roll out the dough in the form of a square (with a side size of 30 cm). Butter is placed in a polyethylene bag and rolled out with a rolling pin in the form of a square (thickness about 1 cm and 12 cm side length). The oil is placed in the center of the dough and the two opposite sides are folded so that they completely cover the oil. Turn the dough and add the two remaining sides. Roll out the rolling pin in a rectangle, so that the proportions of its sides are 3: 1. Bake in a hot oven until golden brown for about 30 minutes.

Vegetarian baked goods

If the products for baking do not include eggs and meat, then vegetarians may well eat delicious confectionery. Here is the recipe for a home roll.

Prepare foods: 1.5 cups flour, 1 jar of condensed milk, 100 grams of jam or jam (you can have another sweet stuffing), a glass of yogurt or kefir, 1 teaspoon of salt, a teaspoonful of soda, 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Turn on the oven. Mix the flour, kefir, condensed milk, salt and soda. The dough will turn liquid.

Sprinkle with a semolina. Pour the dough on a baking sheet and level with a knife. Bake for about 12 minutes (until golden brown). Wait for the cake to cool, and gently trim the edges. Put the jam on the cake and roll the roll. With a sharp knife, chop slice pieces and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
