Easy and simple: cook fried zucchini

Fried zucchini with garlic is very easy to prepare, probably, it's even too simple, because in order to get a tasty dish, you just need to have a few zucchini, frying oil and garlic. With a similar process of cooking even a novice can cope. The most important thing here is not to overexpose them on the stove, otherwise old vegetables will burn and dry, but young ones just fall apart in a frying pan.

It is worth noting that the old fruits need to peel and, if necessary, remove the seeds (if a very old vegetable and it has enough hard seeds), but the young zucchini can be fried in a peel, even necessary, since it will not let the flesh fall apart.

Another point is that this dish can not be left the next day, fried zucchini softens and turns into a kind of porridge, so that they do not feel like eating. It is better to do it once, and if necessary, you can buy vegetables and cook more.

So, zucchini fried with garlic can be served with meat, just eat as a separate dish with sauce (mayonnaise or sour cream), or you can offer to boiled crocks. In any case, it turns out very tasty and useful.

We cook fried zucchini: recipe

If you have never cooked such a dish, start with a small amount, for example from one zucchini. Here is the list of ingredients: one young vegetable, a quarter of a glass of flour, frying oil, salt and dill, 5 garlic cloves.

The courgette needs to be washed and peeled (if the old vegetable), then it should be cut into circles not thicker than a centimeter. Fold all in a bowl and salt, stir for evenly salting out. Leave the vegetables for a while in a bowl, so that the separated liquid is slightly glass, so the oil will less "shoot" when frying.

Pour the flour into a bowl and pour out every mug before putting it on a heated frying pan with butter. Fry until golden brown. If you are not sure about the readiness of the vegetables, just pierce them with a knife or fork. If zucchini is soft at the edges (near the peel is always denser), then you can get it - the vegetable is fried. On a comfortable plate, put a few napkins and put ready-fried zucchini on it - a similar technique will remove excess oil.

Now you need to peel the garlic from the husks and crush it well, you can pass through the press or grate it on a fine-grained grater. The resulting mixture is mixed with sour cream or mayonnaise. Now serve zucchini with garlic sauce.

Here is another recipe for a bit unusual, but, nevertheless, simple in cooking zucchini.

For cooking, take 3-4 vegetables, a pinch of salt, 100 grams of flour and a bunch of dill. Do not forget about cooking oil, as well as garlic, you'll also need a few ripe tomatoes. Unusually the dish will be filled with filling, it will be processed cheese and mayonnaise.

For this snack is recommended to take already ripe zucchini, they need to be peeled from the peel and seeds. Slice no more than a centimeter thick and fry as in the previous recipe.

Cheeses should be grated on a fine grater, to it to add the crushed or passed through garlic press, the crumbled fennel and mayonnaise, well to mix. Tomatoes need to be rinsed and cut into rings.

When zucchini flows a little on a napkin, they must be laid out on a plate as follows: a circle of a tomato, and on the top a circle of zucchini. In the middle, put a little stuffing and lightly press down with a spoon, do the same with the rest of the fried vegetables. The prepared dish is decorated with parsley leaves and is served both on the festive and everyday table.

Such a snack is best eaten immediately, because the tomato will very quickly give juice, which will soften zucchini.
