As a rule, eggs and milk, as well as potatoes, bread or any croup, are the main ingredients of draceni. In a nutshell, dracena (the recipe of which can be varied with any kind of food if desired) is something between the omelet and the casserole. If you and your family love eggs, the egg drachena, the recipe of which we propose to master, will become one of your favorite home dishes. For the preparation of draceni we will need such products:

  • Milk - 1 glass.
  • Eggs - 8 pieces.
  • Wheat flour - 1 tablespoon.
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons.
  • Butter - 60 grams.
  • Salt, spices - to taste.
  • Greenery (onion, parsley, dill) - to taste.

First of all, carefully separate the yolks from the proteins. Proteins briefly cleaned in the freezer, and yolks, sour cream, flour, salt and spices carefully mix, gradually pouring in milk.

We take the cooled proteins and whisk them with a mixer or whisk in a steep foam, add to the bulk and gently mix. Lubricate the ceramic or silicone form with vegetable oil, put our billet and baked goods in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes, until our drachena becomes lush and rosy.

Fantasies on the theme of potatoes

If for breakfast you want something satisfying and not too difficult to prepare, then the potato is cracked, the recipe of which is not much more complicated than the base one, that's what you need! We need the following ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 6 tubers.
  • Wheat flour - 2 tablespoons.
  • Salo - 30 grams.
  • Egg - 1 piece.
  • Soda - 1 pinch.
  • Sour cream - to taste.
  • Onion - 2 pieces.
  • Butter - to taste.
  • Salt, pepper, spices - to taste.

First we clean potatoes, wash it and rub it on a large grater. We put it in a saucepan, add eggs, salt, spices and soda.

We put a frying pan on the fire, melt the fat and fry on it finely chopped onion until it is transparent. After that, add the onion to the potato paste and mix.

Silicone form or a deep baking sheet grease with vegetable oil, we spread there future drachena, evenly distribute a spoon. Put the form in a preheated oven and bake the broth until cooked at a temperature of 200-230 degrees. When serving, pour with melted butter or sour cream.

For a change, you can make a brazier with cheese - fragrant and unusually tasty. Just imagine a tempting cheesy smell that will wake up the household better than any alarm clock ... To get a piquant cheese curd, the recipe offers the use of only hard sorts of cheese. So, we take such products:

  • Milk - 1 glass.
  • Wheat bread - 120 grams.
  • Cheese - 80 grams.
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons.
  • Eggs - 8 pieces.
  • Salt and spices - to taste.

First, first rub the cheese on a large grater. Then we cut the bread from the bread, and cut the crumb into small cubes. Separate the yolks from proteins. We heat the milk and fill them with bread cubes. We leave it until the bread is impregnated. Then add 2/3 of grated cheese and yolks. Solim, add spices and mix well.

  • Butter - 50 grams.

First we separate the yolks from the proteins. Then in one container we rub yolks with sugar powder, and in the other - butter. We connect all together and stir, gradually introducing milk and flour. Then add salt, add spices and mix everything again until elasticity.
