2. Meat baked (dishes from pork in a hurry).

Ingredients: eight hundred grams of pork without bone, one hundred grams of onions, five cloves of garlic, fifty grams of olive oil, fifty grams of soy sauce, one spoonful of salt, one pinch of black pepper, one spoonful of any seasoning for meat.

Pork, garlic and onion sprinkle with salt and spices, add butter and sauce. Mix well, put in a bowl and bake for twenty-five minutes in a well-heated oven.

3. Soup with pork.

Ingredients: three hundred grams of smoked pork, four potatoes, one carrot, one onion, two hundred grams of green beans, two hundred grams of green peas, half a cabbage, salt and pepper.

Such dishes are fast -paced in pots and begin to cook with potatoes, carrots, beans and onions cleaned and cut, add chopped pork, mix, unfold by pots, pour boiling water. Then add peas and boil for half an hour in the oven, putting chopped cabbage, salt and pepper for five minutes before the end of cooking.

4. Dishes from potatoes in a hurry (Potato).

Ingredients: three hundred grams of flour, fifty grams of whey, two eggs, ten grams of yeast, two hundred grams of potatoes, and one spoonful of lemon juice, one glass of cream, sugar, salt to taste, greens, black pepper.

Knead the dough. For this, the whey, yeast, flour and eggs are mixed, salt and sugar are added and left for a while to allow the dough to rise.

Meanwhile, the potatoes are cleaned, rubbed on grater, add greens and egg, salt and pepper, cream and mix everything.

When the dough rises, it is laid in a layer on a frying pan, then comes a layer of potatoes and again dough. The potato is put in a preheated oven for half an hour.
