Rice with vegetables in Japanese - with aubergines and zucchini (on the stove)

The recipe is quite simple. It can be prepared for fasting. We will need:

- rice (500 g);

- medium-sized zucchini;

- Eggplant;

- Red pepper;

- carrots, onions;

- soy sauce (100 g);

- sesame (to taste);

- green onions (bunch);

- salt (to taste);

- sugar (5 g).

Boil rice, fill it with soy sauce, add sugar and salt, mix. All the vegetables are stewed in soy sauce, at the very end we add rice, we give a little more stew and remove from the fire.
