Typical dishes from chicken hearts are soups, shish kebabs, salads, sometimes they make pilaf. And they are fried, stewed and cooked from them pâté.

All dishes from chicken hearts are prepared quickly and very simply. Is that the meat itself can cook or stew for about an hour. But it does not require attention to itself at this time. But if you have ordinary gatherings with hot pork or beef bored, buy a kilo of chicken hearts. Together we will try to prepare an original and tasty version of a shish kebab from this unusual product for barbeque and mangrove fun.

In addition to the already mentioned hearts, you need 3 tablespoons of olive oil (no olive - no problem, take sunflower), salt, seasoning and skewers for stringing.

We wash the meat, clean the films and remove the large veins, if they are left. Then we put it in a saucepan, pour oil, salt, add seasoning and pepper. Mix everything and leave for two hours, let it marinate. After this time we take out the hearts, put on skewers, and you can fry them.

The third recipe for a dish of chicken hearts is roast.

Put the frying pan with the oil poured into it and heat up. We wash hearts and, having poured out water, we spread them on a frying pan. We simmer about twenty minutes, stir every 5 minutes and top up the boiling water.

While the meat is fried, a little chop a couple of onions and carrots. When the meat is left until ready for two or three minutes, pour carrots and onions. And we pass all together for about five minutes, at the end of this time, the roast chicken hearts are ready. It is best to serve it on a table with vegetables and rice.

In order to prepare this dish, we need to collect the following set of products: carrots, onions, 50 grams of sugar, 400 grams of chicken hearts.

Onions and carrots are cut into small cubes, covered with sugar and fry in vegetable oil for about ten minutes. Then add the washed chicken hearts there and cover tightly with a lid. When the meat is softened, we spread the entire contents of the frying pan into the blender along with the remaining juice from the quenching. We beat in a blender this mass to a homogeneous state and then put the finished pate in the refrigerator.
