Ingredients: ten kilograms of plums, three kilograms of sugar, one liter of table vinegar, forty grams of bay leaves, thirteen buds of cloves.

Preparation

Vinegar is boiled, sugar added, heated to boiling and cooked until a thick sugar emulsion is formed. This marinade is filled with fruits, while it will not cover them completely, and cool. Further all the liquid is drained and boiled. The plums are mixed and poured with hot brine. This is how they act several more times a day (in the morning and in the evening) for five days. During this time, the fruit will be completely in the marinade.

We prepare further marinated plums for meat. So, the banks are thoroughly washed, sterilized for fifteen minutes under steam. Fruits are piled on cans with spices, poured hot marinade and roll.
