  3. Cut off the head or, if the recipe uses all the fish with a head, remove the gills.

To ensure that the dishes from the catfish are incredibly tasty, it is usually marinated before it. To do this, cut the fillets into pieces and add to it seasonings, lemon juice, greens and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. To the cold milk, add salt, oil, flour and mix. At the very end, add whipped egg whites to the dough. Marinated fillet dip into the dough and fry in the deep-fried until ready - about three minutes. Finished pieces are laid out on a plate covered with a napkin, decorated with sliced lemon and greens. On the side dish to the fish you can serve fried potatoes with tomato sauce.
