Stuffed eggs are familiar, perhaps, to everyone. But the snack counterparts of the famous Raffaello sweets will be a novelty to most. They are prepared simply, but tasty extraordinarily. Three steep eggs will need a pair of melted cheese. Do not take too soft, like "Amber" - the mass will be too sticky. Suitable "Friendship" or something similar to it. Eggs with cheese are rubbed large, garlic is squeezed into the mass (the quantity is regulated by your preferences). After mixing, you can add a little mayonnaise, if the "stuffing" seems dry to you. A quarter kilogram of onion is peeled and very finely chopped, after which it is roasted to a blush on a mixture of vegetable and butter taken in the ratio 1: 2. Five eggs, cooked steeply, are placed in a blender together with 50 grams (about a third cup) of walnuts, fried and two garlic cloves. All this turns into a smooth paste, salted, peppered, if desired, is supplemented with some spices. A couple of hours in the fridge - and the pâté is ready for spreading.

Eggs in Chinese

All the proposed manipulations turn ordinary boiled eggs into pickled eggs. Accordingly, their taste changes radically. And believe me - for the better.
